Hey! I’m Alyson Thompson. I was born and raised in Winston-Salem, NC and I’m a proud UNC Chapel Hill alum. At this stage of my life, I would describe myself as a work in progress. I’ve graduated with a degree in Global Studies and have no clue what to do with it. I have passions for art, design, and writing and have no clue what to do with them. I have a life full of options and choices and…yeah…I have no clue what to do with it. Normally, this cluelessness would stress me out (and admittedly it still does), but I’m staring to think that this mental emptiness is the best thing a 20-year-old like me can have. Because truly, the mind is never empty, and these crossroad moments of indecision are where the imagination yields its best fruit.
